Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Orders usually take 3-5 business days for processing, however most orders are shipped out well before that time frame. If you need your order rushed, please send an email and your order will processed quicker to accommodate your needs.

Q: How much does it cost to ship?
A: Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 per order. All orders over $50.00 get FREE shipping!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through PayPal. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay. On the PayPal login screen, look to the left where it says, "Don't have a PayPal account" and click continue to pay with your credit card.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Of course! If you have a specific outfit or design you would like created, contact me and using the color charts on the sidebar as well as pictures you may have, we can create a bow that you will be happy with!

Q: What is the no-slip clip and how does it work?
A: The no-slip clip is lined with a bit of rubber to grip hair better, holding tight to all hair types, especially fine baby hair. It will not pull hair and is very gentle. It will not hurt little heads.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Since all items are hand made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us and we will work out a solution.

Q: How are your bows made?
A: Each bow is hand made with top quality ribbon. All ribbon ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. Any embellishments added to bows or clips are secured with the best adhesive available. Although our all Bowlicious products are made with superior quality, please remember never to leave a baby or young child unsupervised while wearing a bow or clip because some items do contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard.

Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Definitely! International orders are more than welcome!

Q: Do you offer other hair clip options other than alligator clips?
A: Yes! French clips are available upon request.
